Short version: We only collect what we need to send you your birthday plan. We don't sell your info. You can unsubscribe or delete your data anytime by emailing [email protected].

What we collect

• Name, email, birthday, zip code — required so we can personalize your plan and countdown texts.
• Phone number (optional) — only used for the birthday countdown texts and birthday-morning AI call if you opted in.
• Your quiz answers — used to build your personalized plan. Stored in your browser (localStorage) and in our form submission logs.
• Memory Capsule text — stored so we can email it back to you next birthday.
• Basic analytics — Google Analytics (G-0MBVM92446) measures page views and interactions. Anonymous.

What we DO NOT do

• We do not sell your information. Ever. To anyone.
• We do not share your email with third parties for marketing.
• We do not share your phone number with anyone.
• We do not track you across other sites.

How we use your info

• Send you your personalized birthday plan.
• Email/text you countdown reminders (30, 15, 7, 3, 1 day before — optional).
• Trigger the 7am AI birthday voice call (only if you gave us your phone).
• Email back your Memory Capsule next birthday.
• If you signed up as a business, use your info to follow up about featured listings.

Third-party services we use

• Formspree — processes your form submissions. Their privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts our website and handles the birthday voice-call scheduling. Their privacy policy.
• Vapi — powers the AI birthday voice call. Their privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — anonymous page view tracking. Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

Email [email protected] any time to:

• See what data we have on you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it entirely
• Unsubscribe from all emails and texts

We respond within 48 hours — Jesse reads every message personally.

Kids

This site is for adults (18+). If you're under 18, please don't enter your info here. We'll delete any data that turns out to belong to a minor.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes affecting how we use your data, we'll email you.
